The debut of iQon by Q-dance!! (20/4/13)
It’s a God damn missile launcher!
The rather infamous photo(s) from the Seattle Gun Buyback a couple months ago. Someone turned in an inert FIM-93 Redeye, which is basically the “father” of the more familiar FIM-92 Stinger Missile Launcher. This caused quite a stir among the media and anti-gun community about how could someone have such a dangerous piece of equipment. Surplus rocket and missile launchers have been sold to the public for decades. They are demilled and inert, not capable of being used again. Even then, finding rockets or missiles is next to impossible and would almost guarantee an ATF visit.
What pisses me off about this is not the media reaction but the dumbass who turned it in for a $200 gift card. Redeye launchers are extremely rare and sought after in the inert weapons community. They seldom show up for sale and can easily fetch $1,000 to $1,500. It sucks that some moron basically turned that one in to be destroyed.
This week the format is a bit different, we got behind the scenes and follow Rocket and Matt as they visit the Mocap studio at Bohemia Interactive, and work with the team to develop the new zombie animations for DayZ Standalone.
